Chris Walsh is based at the University of Manchester and is contributing to Themes 2 and 3 working on grassroots movements in the area of material consumption and with partners on city-level governance of climate actions. His previous work has included working with the Church of England on their climate resilience guidance and governance of development interventions around bioenergy in Sub-Saharan Africa.
