Dr Christoph Wu

Dr. Christoph Wu is a Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour at the University of East Anglia. His research focuses on corporate sustainability, sustainable human resource practices and meaningful work in multinational companies. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics. He is a holder of the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

His book, Central Banks in Organizational Networks: Entangled Market Actors, was published by Routledge in the International Studies in Money and Banking series and awarded the Philip Abrams Memorial Prize by the British Sociological Association. Drawing on his prior business expertise in emerging markets, he applies mixed methods and network analysis in his research. He is currently investigating the leadership and management capabilities of sustainability change agents in multinational companies.
