Prof Olga Tregaskis is based at the University of East Anglia (UEA) in the Norwich Business School. She co-leads our work on organisational change (Project 3.3) within Theme 3: Trialling: How can we accelerate transformations?

 

Olga Tregaskis is Professor of International Human Resource Management at the University of East Anglia. She specialises in Organisational Development working within an inter-disciplinary context that traverses occupational psychology, employment relations and international management. She gained her PhD from Cranfield School of Management and her masters in Applied Psychology from the Cranfield College of Aeronautics going on to establish a research track record within the field of People Management & Capabilities. Her research has attracted successive ESRC funding to address questions of organisational transformation in the field of wellbeing, management norm making, and network building. Her research draws on qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies, case studies and survey work. She is an associate editor of the journal Human Relations and on the editorial board of several other scientific journals. Her work has been widely published in range of world renowned outlets including: Journal of International Business Studies, Organization Studies, Human Relations, International Labour Relations Review, Human Resource Management Journal, British Journal of Management and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
