Jess is CAST’s Centre Manager, based at the University of Bath. Prior to joining CAST, Jess worked as a Senior Advisor and Manager at the Environment Agency, and later on a range of projects relating to climate change, sustainable growth and the role of local government. Jess leads the Professional Services Team at CAST and manages the day-to-day operations of the Centre.
