Faye Sanders‘ research broadly focuses on how where we live affects our health. Some of her key past projects include investigations into how housing conditions affect our mental and physical health through epigenetics. Her PhD research will focus on how the built environment around us influences our active travel behaviour decisions and how that may impact on our mental health in both adults and children.
