Dr Tim Braunholtz-Speight

Dr Tim Braunholtz-Speight is based at the University of Manchester and contributes to CAST Theme 3.4 on city-level change.

Tim is a social scientist who has in recent years studied the decentralised management of resources, working on projects on community and local energy, community land ownership, and alternative finance. Prior to the University of Manchester he has worked at the University of Leeds, University of the Highlands and Islands, Overseas Development Institute and Leeds Beckett University.
