Elizabeth Garnham is CAST’s new Knowledge Exchange Associate based at the University of Bath, working in a job share with Caroline Verfuerth. Until April 2023, Elizabeth worked at the higher education regulator, the Office for Students, leading national regulation, funding and policy related to equality of opportunity (access and participation plans). Elizabeth brings a wealth of practical policy, behaviour change and knowledge exchange experience to the role.
